The City of Campbell River is in the final stages of updating the Quinsam Heights Neighbourhood Plan and is inviting public input to help shape the future of this growing area. An open house will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Campbell River Community Centre (401 11th Avenue).
The drop-in event will feature highlights of the proposed plan, with City staff and planning consultants available to answer questions. All materials will be posted online, and feedback can be submitted through the Quinsam Heights Neighbourhood Plan page on the City’s public engagement site.
The Quinsam Heights Neighbourhood Plan was last updated in 2008. This update will guide how the neighbourhood evolves to meet future housing needs while balancing retail, business, open space, transportation and recreation, and areas that are a key part of the neighbourhood’s identity.
